Account Manager - Inside/Outside Sales: Federal Way, WA

The primary responsibilities of the Account Managers are to:
Serve as liaison between clients and candidates, delivering exceptional customer service
Develop new business through cold-calling and in-person client visits
Partner with Technical Recruiters and internal staff to ensure client needs are met

Responsibilities/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
2 years of outside sales experience
Experience with solutions based selling (intangible product)
Strong Communication skills
Hunter sales mentality

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
