We are searching for a highly motivated leasing consultant in the Federal Way, WA area working at two properties. Knowledge of Yieldstar and strong leasing skills are a must.

This position is for serious career minded individuals with previous experience as a leasing consultant at a multifamily housing community.
This position is not your average run of the mill sit behind the desk waiting for the leases to come to you kind of Leasing Consultant. This is an active leasing position with a strong bonus program tied to results. Experience preferred and Tax Credit knowledge a plus.
