Healthcare Recruiter for the West Division - CO, CA, ID, OR, WA- telecommute home office based
Great Opportunity with National Leader in post - acute services. Home Office position.

You'll be responsible for recruiting nursing, therapists and leadership into a top organization. In addition, you will develop local recruiting plans, have access to traditional sourcing tools/strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
Job Functions:
Notifies the hiring manager of recruitment efforts, process and status of recruitment efforts.
Responsible for your region wide recruitment plan development and deployment.
Acts as a liaison with third part agencies, local managers and potential candidates.
Weekly and monthly reporting on employment activity.
Uses recruitment tools to fill assignment orders rapidly with qualified employees.
Interviews candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for assignments.
Provides solutions for creative sourcing efforts.
Assist in preparing and sending offer packages.
Gives presentation to increase awareness of the company.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Perform other projects as assigned.
Required Experience Perform other projects as assigned.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience Requirements
Minimum two (2) years of high volume healthcare recruiting experience required
Proficiency with MS Office required
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
Expertise recruiting nursing, therapists and leadership. Home Health recruiting experience preferred.
Has good understanding of the health care industry, the company and its competitors.
Has performed full life cycle recruiting, to include pre-closing of candidates required.
Skill Requirements
Must possess exceptional communication skills.
Must have a keen understanding of recruitment employment law.
Must possess stellar interpersonal skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
