Tax Director
The candidate will serve in the federal, international and state tax planning functions, including research, documentation and formulation of recommendations. Will monitor tax developments that may impact the company. Perform acquisition and disposition related activities including structuring, due diligence and document review. Assist with complex federal and state examination issues, including research and formulation of IDR responses and appeals. Direct special projects. Provide tax guidance to operating personnel. Serve in other duties as assigned.
The candidate should preferably have a Master's of Tax, LL.M. or J.D. degree. Significant experience with federal, international and multi-state corporate taxation planning for large companies is required. Federal, state and local examination experience is required. Merger and acquisition planning experience preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
