World Vision is looking for a seasoned Marketing Project Administrator III to assume responsibility for coordinating and implementing marketing campaigns for the My World Vision Web site, Pledge (monthly giving) program and Social Media. The Sponsorship team has been embarking on an initiative to grow the online experience for the Sponsor portfolio. Additionally, the team is working on new initiatives to further the growth of Pledge products. This role will partner with other business teams that support Web development and Social Media, as well as vendors for creative services, to manage projects that will lead to new solutions for sponsors and donors. This position will be part of the Digital Marketing Team in Sponsorship, managing the execution of marketing campaigns related to online and offline efforts, assisting with ongoing daily cultivation activities, and ensuring that objectives are met efficiently, all with high quality standards.

If you were working for us, here are some of the things you would have done last week:
Participate in marketing strategy. Coordinate and execute project needs for our My World Vision Web site and Pledge programs. This includes drafting creative briefs, project schedules for both new and ongoing efforts, and ensuring objectives of the project are met.
Monitor input and feedback from sponsors and donors and help generate ideas and solutions that can be executed to improve the overall quality of the experience.
Manage our ongoing promotional marketing calendar and efforts for the My World Vision Web site, as well as online merchandising opportunities.
Conduct and lead user testing for new online initiatives.
Partner with internal teams across Social Media, Creative Services and our Internet to ensure successful implementing of marketing campaigns and projects.
Coordinate with vendors as needed and provide oversight for implementation of key projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Manage and lead monthly review of our competitors across the team for shared learning and new idea development.
Ensure that training occurs pertaining to the use of new features for our Web activities including drafting appropriate procedures.
Participated in daily devotions and attended an awesome chapel.

Responsibilities:
Manage marketing/fund-raising projects/products related to acquisition and cultivation of donor time, talent and treasure and help carry out our Christian organization s mission, vision, and strategies. Personify the ministry of World Vision by witnessing to Christ and ministering to others through life, deed, word and sign.
Keep Christ central in our individual and corporate lives. Attend and participate in the leadership of devotions, weekly Chapel services, and regular prayer.
Manage the activities of service bureaus, agencies, suppliers, and/or internal support departments and divisions in the execution of tactical marketing activities.
Create and manage programs/projects. Develop business cases at a strategic and tactical level to ensure the initiative is successfully launched, nurtured and matured.
Provide technical expertise cross-functionally and across the organization to manage and optimize marketing efforts on an assignment basis.
Form cross-functional teams and provide team leadership as needed to fulfill project goals. Ensure team is appropriately supplied with physical, financial and human resources.
Monitor results and recommend changes to strategies. Be responsible for supplying estimated and actual costs, reach, event dates, motivation codes, and other critical data to ensure accurate and timely reporting of results.
May participate in overall division budgeting process and ensure alignment of department budget.
Verify invoices against contract activity. Process invoices and coordinate payment to actual for project assignments.
Manage the tactical planning process for assigned projects/products.
May hire, fire, train, and counsel employees under direct supervision; evaluate employee performance against individual and team goals and recommend salary increases, promotions and other personnel actions.
Work collaboratively with team members when assigned to work as part of a team.

Required
Experience:
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent work experience (eight years). Work experience in marketing, communications, and/or development; 3-5 years. Project coordination for a specific channel or product line and digital marketing experience preferred.
Strong documentation and writing skills. Copy-writing skills are a plus.
Experience coordinating projects and participating in marketing strategy and direction for online efforts (email, Web, social media).
Demonstrated ability to manage projects, including development and execution of creative briefs, project schedules, and reporting back.
Must have strong organization skills, attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, and have strong communications skills that will allow for good collaboration across teams.
Adept with core Microsoft Office products (Visio, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
