Position Overview:
As a Molder you will report to the Mold and Core Supervisor in Tacoma, Washington.
You will be responsible for making, finishing, and closing molds.
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Make molds in accordance with work instructions Assemble and close molds Operate arc welder as required Operate cranes as needed Keep work area clean Alert supervisor to any safety or quality issues needing attention Alert supervisor to any maintenance needs Recommend process improvements Participate in special activities, projects, and programs in order to support Bradken's safety, quality, and productivity goals
Qualifications:
Ability to work with limited direct supervision Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Experience:
Prefer previous molding / foundry experience Prefer previous manufacturing experience Must have good written and oral communication skills Physical Requirements:
Must be able to use arms, hands, legs and feet in repetitive motions Able to twist, stoop bend, and stand in the performance of job duties Must be able to lift 55 pounds repetitively Must be able to stand and walk on concrete floors and uneven surfaces for the duration of the work shift Must be able to climb ladders and stairs Must have good vision and depth perception Must be able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including respirator Pay Range:
$21.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
