What You'll be Doing:
Inspire, motivate, lead, and develop a store team Model and foster a consumer centric mindset within the store Model selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers Provide direct coaching, feedback, training, and supervision of the store staff Open and close the store Prepare opening and closing paperwork Greet customers and assist customers in finding items Answer phone courteously Keep store neat and clean at all times Ring sales on cash register Process merchandise shipments Prepare bank deposits and drop at bank Buy change for store as needed Process damages, to include preparation of debit memos Supervise and assist training all personnel Work nights and weekends Perform other duties as assigned by your Area Manager and/or Director of Operations Set expectations for customer engagement, store policies and procedures to appropriately manage expenses while maximizing sales and profitability What You'll Need:
Minimum 2-years of prior retail management experience as a Store Manager High School Diploma Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Ability to work independently and lead a team Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to constructively coach others to succeed Able to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to climb a ladder Must be able to lift 25 pounds Standing for long periods of time Bi-Lingual a plus What You'll Learn:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
