We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bubble Tea Barista to join our team.
As a Tea Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers.
You will also provide excellent customer service and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications High integrity with good attendance record Positive attitude, responsible, hard-working Great attitude and willingness to learn while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred Can work at least 20 hours to work Must have a King County food worker card after hire High school or equivalent diploma Over 18 years, authorized to work in US Korean bilingual (Preferred) Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns Take customer orders and accurately process payments using cash registers or POS systems Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely service Upsell additional products or menu items to increase sales Kitchen duties:
brew teas, prepare tapioca, chop fruits, clean work station, and serve a wide range of drinks with accuracy including shaved ice, bubble waffles, etc.
