We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Dental Financial Coordinator to temporarily join our team.
As Financial Coordinator, you will oversee and manage all dental billing.
Responsibilities:
Submit insurance claims Post all payments and send additional statements as needed Bill secondary insurance Proccess EOB's and requests for additional information Prepare estimates on treatment diagnosed and discuss financial arrangements with patients Run all requested reports within Dentrix Support the front office staff with checking in and scheduling patients, as needed.
Experience:
Must have previous experience in Dentrix (min 5 yrs) Must have previous experience in claims and posting (min 2 yrs) This opportunity is available right now.
We are a solo dentist office in Federal Way with two hygienists, two assistants, and one other front desk.
This is a temporary position until our current office manager returns from medical leave.
We anticipate this to be at least 2 months.
We are open Monday 7:
30-5:
30, Tuesday 8-5, Wednesday 7-4, and Thursday 7-1.
Approximately 36 hours a week.
No weekends.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
