This position will require support for all company locations.
Job Summary The Office Manager and Bookkeeper is a full-time position that will manage the day-to-day office processes at our Main Office location.
Additional duties will include providing operational support to Wenaha Group's general management division, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.
Primary Responsibilities Always represent Wenaha Group and our Guiding Principles Aid in managing and tracking contracts with office vendors and service providers Accounts Payable processing and reporting Accounts Receivable, assist with monthly project billings Review job cost reports for accuracy Provide monthly project reports to senior leadership Staff timesheet review Basic proficiency with payroll, tax reporting to assist supervisor as needed Filing and file maintenance Maintain fleet records & track company vehicle mileage Assist in general day to day business operations as required, including such tasks as answering phone calls, opening and distributing mail, ordering office supplies, scheduling meetings, running errands, making travel arrangements, research & technology support Qualifications and Skills:
3-years bookkeeping experience Proven experience as administrative assistant or office manager Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point Strong organization and time management skills, able to multi-task and prioritize Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Able to work alone and as part of a team Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem solver Fast learner, able to take on new tasks with confidence and proficiency Commitment to the philosophy of communication, growth, integrity and teamwork Understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality Creative mind with the ability to see and suggest improvements Knowledge of Sage 100 Contractor preferred Benefit Package:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
