We currently have an opening for FULL TIME Vitality/Activities/Memory Care Assistant, Thursday - Monday.

Job Description Collaborates with the community Vitality Director to determine Vitality Programming needs ensuring communications are effective, clear, organized, timely, and complete.
Primary goal is to always maintain a sense of community and track and measure the outcome of events on an annual basis.
Assist in planning, analyzing, and coordinating Whole Life Living offerings.
Maintaining to keep current the Vitality Organization Binder will be essential.
Support plans and goals to increase participation in Stay Sharp Centers and Vitality programs identifying tracking and measuring protocol that can translate into Special Interest stories to serve as recruiting tools to increase residents throughout GenCare communities.
Actively participates in events with the Residents on a regular basis.
Work in collaboration with team members to consistently improve business practices as the company evolves.
Per Corporate approval -Attends meetings, seminars, webinars to obtain information useful to enhance work performance and to inform management of innovative education and activities offerings for the future.
Assists in various special projects as needed and directed by the Executive Director/ Corp Director of Vitality.
Maintains a favorable working relationship with all employees to promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment in order to facilitate positive employee morale, productivity and continued support.
Creativity is encouraged and the ability to work within a centralized environment in order to ensure Brand consistency is important to the role.

Requirements:
Work Schedule will be Thursday-Monday and is subject to change.
Able to cross train and work in Memory Care.
Desire, passion and experience a bonus working in Senior Living environments, Health/Wellness, Fitness industry or sales/programming educational programs.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organization and creative skills with a Self-Starter approach always promoting team spirit in the workplace.
Highly driven and self-motivated personality.
Experience working with Brand development and awareness is extremely helpful.
Ability to troubleshoot and manage challenges in a fast-paced work environment.
Available to work on special projects and travel accordingly to events that may fall on the weekends.
Proficiency with Microsoft office, PowerPoint, Excel and other customer management databases a must.
Proficient public speaking skills helpful.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
