Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
1.
Processes paperwork for small claims and garnishments in timely manner.
2.
Organizes and files paperwork processed and received.
3.
Responsible for working closely with collection staff for direction.
4.
Keeps legal logs up to date.
5.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
