On-Site Manager

We are a small, privately operated company that believes our managers are just that - managers! These are the people who make the business work and are willing to do whatever is needed to make the company function! Our company offers many growth opportunities.
This position includes on-site living with rent and utilities paid by the company.
All applicants must possess the following:
At least 2 years experience in Multi-family property management and strong written/oral communication skills.
A team player that is willing to work with maintenance staff and the portfolio manager to accomplish each property's goals.
Highly organized and dependable.
Exceptional customer service skills Excellent computer skills, but will train the right applicant with the property management software we utilize.
Strong sales, marketing, and leasing abilities.
Ability to walk extended distances Ability to lift 25 pounds Working knowledge of WA state eviction laws and Fair Housing mandates No medical benefits are offered in this position.
Sick pay is offered for this position after a 90 probationary period.
Vacation Pay is accrued and payable after 1 year with the company.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
