As our Insurance Verifier you will work with our offices, patients and insurance companies to ensure that patients' dental insurance benefits cover necessary procedures.

Responsibilities:
Obtain patient insurance information Contact insurance companies to verify insurance coverage and ensure necessary procedures are covered Enter patient benefit information accurately and ensure existing information is correct Enter notes on upcoming appointments in a timely manner Work with other offices and Patient Care Specialists in communicating changes in patients' insurance Following up with patients Other duties as assigned What Makes your Stand out as a Insurance Verifier Candidate? Must be excellent at multitasking Must be very detail oriented Strong communicator with ability to problem solve Excellent customer-service skills, professionalism and maturity.
Working knowledge of Microsoft and ability to utilize spreadsheets 1 year of dental experience preferred Previous insurance experience preferred Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and/or have a medical/religious exemption If you think you could be our newest Insurance Verifier please send your resume!
